After utilising and having first-hand experience of K&K Windows staff, products & service, we can now clearly see why K&K Windows have won numerous awards and accolades for ourselves. Not only did they meet our expectations, but they exceeded them. Our hands were held throughout the lifecycle of our customer journey from DAY 1. Our journey commenced with Jimmy Kenny who was an extremely amicable, welcoming, knowledgeable fella who guided us through the minefield of choosing the best doors and windows on offer, the many options available, but also the best ones that would suit our home & why. The fitting team was fast, friendly, and efficient. The fitter completed his works very promptly, whilst not impacting either of us who were both working from home. The delivery of all our windows and doors were in keeping with the timelines promised from the outset and if anything, were delivered ahead of schedule. The 3 gents (Mick, Kevin and Ivan) AKA ‘The Dream Team’ who installed the windows & doors in the entire house were 5 star. The lads were all very approachable, very down to earth joe soaps, very knowledgeable & went above and beyond the call of duty. Their attention to detail, their workmanship and professionalism was second to none. They cleaned and tidied daily and ensured the whole process was smooth as a baby’s bum. Mick who led the team is without doubt, the standard-bearer was very polite, professional, and answered any question that we had throughout, and he personally ensured the job was completed to the highest possible standard and also ensured our complete customer satisfaction. Overall, fantastic job from the install team. They even left some chocolates for the kids. Please pass on our massive thank you to the whole team. I would just like to say how happy we are with the windows and doors recently installed by K & K Windows. Patrick Kenny was very helpful and professional in assisting us to make our choices from meeting us at the house to going through the products available back at the showroom (outside of office hours) ! The Installers, well what can I say. Tommy and John were true gentlemen in every sense of the word. They were courteous, friendly and very tidy / clean workers. My mum (who is 84 years of age) was at the house all day with John and Tommy and they went above and beyond to ensure my mum was looked after, they even put up a new post box for my mum - nothing was too much trouble for the lads. K & K Windows are extremely fortunate to have such gentlemen as part of their Team and I just hope they get recognised for all their hard work. I don't know if K & K Windows work on bonuses for the lads but if they don't Tommy and John most certainly would be worthy of extra for their work who most certainly are an excellent advertisement for K & K Windows. Our front and back doors arrived last Thursday, as promised, and, I have to say, they look really great. Not only that but the guys doing the work were really professional, and very neat and tidy doing the job and afterwards, which really impressed both Irene and me. I’m delighted that we went for doors with a lot of glass in them, as they certainly brighten up both the front hall and the rear utility room, whilst still maintaining a lot of privacy. Again, many thanks again for the super service – we’ll be back again later in the year to firm up the French doors and other window that we also want replaced.

If companies can be judged by the workers they employ and the work they carry out then the 3 lads who did my Patio are an absolute credit and the real heros at K&K Windows. Lar Liam and Ivan were true professionals from start to finish, they did an absolutely fantastic job and I couldn’t be more delighted with the outcome. They took such great care and attention at every stage and even when there was a hitch with one piece manufactured wrong they explained the problem clearly to me, and later the correct piece arrived and they completed the fitting. Lar and Liam came back the next morning to finish things off and again nothing was too much trouble for them, they even sprayed the foot runner board outside to blend in with the new agate grey window frame and then left my home spotless before they left. I couldn’t be more impressed with these guys and the job they did for me, and the girls at the Office too were very helpful.

We are delighted to say we are very happy with our new door. Fran did a very good job and was very efficient didn’t even stop for a cup of tea.!! I would certainly recommend your company to anyone & wish you every success in the future.

I’d like to say thank you to all the team at K&K windows Gorey I used this company a few years ago in Dublin and the service was great. As I recently needed new windows and doors for my holiday home in Wexford I contacted them again. The services are efficient and professional – excellent. I can find no fault with any of the experience. It started with Jimmy who we met first and who suggested the colour for our door and it was an excellent colour and goes so well with the finish on our house. i would never have thought of this colour and was planning to stick to a boring white, but wow, i love the colour of my new front door. The office staff who understood the challenges i had by having to give me definitive dates of fitting etc due to living in Dublin and arranging times and travel etc. Mary Anne and Clara and the other office staff were so helpful and efficient and rang when they said they would and had everything sorted for me The 2 men who fitted our windows and door were 2 brilliant workers. They arrived on time and worked continuously and done an excellent job of removing and installing our windows and door. They were diligent workers who done an excellent job and did not leave a bit of dirt and left our new fittings clean and shiny. i wish they would come back to clean them every week! • Edel & Mary-Anne – super super helpful anytime I called or if I had any questions at all. They both represent your brand so well on the phone these two.
• Austin Powers – really polite, lovely manner about him and again really patient when answering any questions. However, he did rob half a tin of my good biscuits but I’ll let him away with it……
• Anthony – the general on the job! Here’s a man who takes true pride in what he does. Brilliant workmanship and always in great form. Cannot recommend this man highly enough, he was top class.
• Mick and Tommy aka Gay Byrne – two absolute gents, really clean around the place and again their attention to detail was second to none. They even hung two pictures for me, really grateful for that!
• Polish Guy – didn’t catch this lads name but again was really polite and I noticed how hard he worked each day he was at my house.

Have to say brilliant service from k&k windows got all new windows n doors n french doors in December and customer service was second to none. We had a PVC roofed conservatory that needed re-roofing and found a German based system called Guardian Warm Roof. K&K were one of a number of suppliers/installers in Ireland. Contacted them in September. Their rep called in late September measured up and provided estimate and approximate 6- 8 week lead in time for work with work at estimated at 7 days. Programmed work for late November/early December. Installers arrived as planned and completed job in the 7 days finishing on 4th December. On Day 1 the old roof was removed and temporary covering was put on so interior was protected during a rainy week. One additional panel of original glass needed replacing as part of the job and the panel supplied was not quite right. They did a temporary fix and someone came early in January to finish the replacement. Good and efficient job. We followed up with installation of underfloor heating (from a different firm) and now have a permanently usable room.

I would just like to say how grateful I am for the fantastic team of Daniel and co. you sent to fit my new doors and windows. The product was even better than I was expecting and has greatly enhanced the house to a level beyond my wildest dreams. The team that was sent made all the disruption extremely bearable and over all a pleasurable experience. The day after you would not know that they had been in the house except for a few extra Tea Bags in the bin and a need for some Custard Creams A very small price to pay for such a fantastic job. Daniel,Anne Maria and Dillon are a great credit, and a very pleasant surprise for your family run, forward thinking company. When I have further work done, I hope they are the team available. Sorry for the delay in getting these photos to you. This is the before and after. I wanted to wait until the house was painted before I sent them to you. As previously mentioned to you, we were majorly impressed with K&K Windows from the beginning. Right from the meeting with yourself Jimmy to discuss out options right through to completion. I asked for a particular week for fitting due to work holidays and you delivered on your promise. We had Timmy and Tom as our installation crew. Your company should be very proud of these two men. They arrived first day as planned. They worked non stop all day apart from when I made them break for a cuppa. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail was 110%. They were also very aware of my house and kept dust and dirt to a minimum. They covered the counters and floor areas with sheets and swept up after they were finished. They took away all dirt and rubble along with my old windows. This was a fantastic plus for me in trying to keep the place clean. You could not find two better advocates for the company. They were constantly praising the company as a great place to work, but also praised the company for their attention to the quality of the windows and doors they were supplying. Any questions we had they were able to answer to our satisfaction. I thought we may have to loose tiles around my kitchen windows, but their workmanship was of a great standard that they saved my tiles. This was fantastic . I would not have any hesitation in recommending K&K Windows to anyone.

The installation of windows and front door to my mother’s home was seamless and without any problem. The installers, Timmy and Thomas were excellent: clean tidy and very respectful of my mother who was ill at the time of installation. We are very impressed with the speed with which the process was completed and with the finish. The installation of the windows and door has made the house warm and comfortable and the look of the house has changed so much for the better. I would recommend this company without reservation for the advice and response in general. On installation one of the windows was broken but replaced the following day without problem. There was a mark on one window which was replaced a day or two later. The handle on the door delivered was not to my mother’s liking and this was replaced at the same time. All in all a very positive experience!

Hi Thomas Just sending you a few photos of the conservatory that you fitted for us a couple of weeks ago. We have to still choose a new colour so excuse the bare plaster and unvarnished wood. Thank you to you and your team for such a fantastic job . We have used KK before in 2014 for replacement windows and were so pleased with the quality of the windows and professional way your team fitted them that when it came time to replace the old conservatory , one that froze us in the winter then roasted us in the summer plus had our hearts broken with condensation, the only person I contacted was Jimmy in KK. Really, right from your first visit with Jimmy, we knew that KK was the right choice to fit a new conservatory, for us. You did tell me that we would be happy with the outcome but in fact we are more than delighted, we are ecstatic. The Guardian roof system is innovative, well designed and manufactured and partnered with your KK windows has given us a conservatory that we can use all year round. Not to be forgotten, we reckon that it has increased the value of our house by a significant amount, far in excess of its cost. I finish on a special word of thanks to your excellent team who fitted the conservatory and two doors we also bought. Having work done on your house can be an upheaval but your team made it totally painless. They arrived and it was like synchronization the way they had floor coverings down, furniture moved and covered, van parked to not block the neighbors and first windows out in the old conservatory out before I even said hello to all of them. ! Every last piece of rubbish taken away and place left spotless at the end of every day. We were delighted we could leave them to work away, they even looked after our dog for a few afternoons! I do hope the photos reflect even in a small way the quality of the work done and I will send more on when we have redecorated. The tongued and grooved ceiling professionally fitted by Pat is a thing of beauty and finishes of the conservatory beautifully. Dear Thomas, I had windows fitted by K&K at the beginning of April. I am writing to commend you on the quality of the windows and the level of professionalism from start to finish. This was my fifth attempt to have windows measured and ordered in the past year and I’m glad that none of the others worked out. Your Sales Rep was a gentleman to deal with. I have rarely come across someone in building or construction who always answers their phone and on the rare occasion he didn’t, he always returned my call. I cannot commend highly enough the men who fitted the windows . They arrived early and worked non stop all day. They finished the windows beautifully with ledges and window boards, replaced broken plaster and cleaned up the whole place, they had a sweeping brush at all times. They were extremely courteous, respectful and non intrusive. I mention these personal qualities in particular, and value them as highly as their professionalism as they were working around my two elderly parents, my father walked around the house and into each room to admire the work. He was delighted with them. Many visitors since have also commented so favorably on them. So, I thank you again for service and professionalism and the great people we dealt with, and wish you continued success in the future.
